Birth Doula Services:

Prenatal Visits (Three Total):

  1. First Visit (1 hour)
    Around 26 weeks; we’ll focus on nutrition, physical activity, emotional well-being, and answering any early questions you may have.
  2. Second Visit (1–2 hours)
    Around 30 weeks; preparation for labor, discussing labor pain vs. labor suffering, determining mental and physical coping strategies, reviewing medical interventions and working together to create your personalized birth plan.
  3. Third Visit (1–2 hours)
    Around 34 weeks; Planning for the immediate postpartum period and what to expect once baby arrives—covering support systems, self-care, and newborn needs.

Labor & Birth Support:

  • Beginning at 37 weeks, I am on call for you 24/7 until your baby is born.
  • I’ll provide continuous physical, emotional, and mental support throughout your labor, tailored to your needs.
  • I remain with you for 1–2 hours after birth to ensure you and your baby are stable and supported in those first precious moments.

Postpartum Check-ins (Two Total):

  1. First Visit – Within the first week or so after birth, focused on feeding support, newborn care, meal preparation, and checking in with you and your family.
  2. Second Visit – Around 3 months postpartum, we’ll reconnect to check on your transition, provide additional resources, and answer any ongoing questions.

Investment:

$1,500 – This fee covers all prenatal visits, 24/7 on-call support, labor and delivery assistance, and both postpartum check-ins. A deposit is required to reserve your spot, with payment plans available upon request. *HSA does cover doula services*.

Postpartum Doula Services:

Offer education, companionship and nonjudgemental support during the postpartum fourth trimester. Assist with newborn care, family adjustment, meal preparation, and light household tidying. Provide evidence- based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery, infant soothing, coping skills for new parents, and make appropriate referrals when necessary.

Packages are customized to your needs. ($35/hour daytime hours and $50/hour overnight)

 

Individualized Birth Plan Session

Preparing a personalized birth plan can help you feel more calm, confident, and informed as you approach labor. Not sure what your birth preferences are? I will guide you through the process, asking thoughtful questions and providing evidence-based information to help you explore your options and make informed decisions that align with your values and goals.
